We are a medium sized fast paced Marketing & Branding agency looking for an experienced Account executive/manager to join our friendly team. You will need marketing agency experience. Must be a positive thinker with a let's-make-it-happen attitude. You will have knowledge of the different media channels including the world of digital plus research tools to enable you to make the best recommendations for clients. You will have the ability to build relationships and liaise with clients at all levels as their main point of contact for their marketing campaign requirements. You will have sound negotiation and communication skills when dealing with both clients and suppliers. Be very organised with ability to plan and manage marketing budgets. You will be confident in leading the development of strategic solutions which deliver results for the client and to plan and execute campaigns on strategy, on time, and on budget.

Additional:
The position is full time, based in Wimborne, Dorset. It includes 20 days paid holiday (normal public holidays are also given) and flexible-start and finish times.Its busy here, so you'll need to fit in quickly and hit the ground at full pace. So, right from the word go, you'll be in a position to roll up your sleeves up and get stuck into the day-to-day life of our busy agency.
