goals and the resources available. Workshops not only help in the planning but also play a key role in gaining buy-in from internal key stakeholders and often unlock opportunities as a team.

At RT we have always got deeply involved with our clients working in a true support partnership and not simply in a design-outsourcing relationship. It has been critical to the success of our clients for us to be involved at this level.

Our founder Ross Thornley has run many workshops and facilitated countless strategic discussions; a resource many clients now cherish.

Our workshops are open to individual delegates on any of our published dates, or we can run them directly for one sole organisation. They are normally and ideally run in our boardroom, which is comfortable for up to 18 delegates.

 

We can of course run these at your premises or at a location to suit, and they range from 2-3 hour sessions to full day sessions.
