•Application Submitted
•Application is Open to Examination and Objections
•Examination Complete within Approximately One Month

Publishing

•The Application is Published in the Trade Mark Journal for a Two Month Period*
•During this Time the Application is Open to Opposition / Objection from all Existing Trademarks
•If any Opposition / Objection is made, the Trademark Process will Slow Down
•Experienced Trademark Attorneys will be at hand for Advice in this instance

Registration

•Finalise the Trademark Registration
•Receive Title of Registration
•The Process Timescale is Generally Four to Six Months
•Trademarks are Registered for a 10 Year Period

£1750 Application in 3 classes

International Registration (IR):
