The client had not previously engaged in digital customer relationships. They held a substantial database that had been built up over many years, but hadn’t been maintained regularly. Only approx. 25% of the entries contained usable information, including a mixture of both current and prospective clients! With the aim of marketing to them digitally to increase customer base and promote services, it was tasked to Get Shaking as maximising an opportunity for improved customer relationships which would hopefully bring increased loyalty and trust.
